Participant Recruiting

We find, screen, and schedule the right participants for your study. Our recruiting fees include a no-show guarantee — if a participant doesn't show up, we recruit a replacement at no extra cost.

User Test fees are higher than Interview fees because we ensure participants receive the prototype, verify screen recording setup, and confirm technical requirements before the session.

Participant Incentives

Incentives are pass-through costs — they go directly to the participant as compensation for their time. We handle all payments and administration.

Priced per 5-minute block. Scales linearly — a 10-minute survey costs 2× the 5-minute rate.

In-person sessions require geographic recruiting and on-site coordination, which increases the recruiting fee.

€5 participant incentive + €3.50 platform fee per screened person. The number of people screened depends on the expected qualification rate:

Screening always runs on our platform, even in Connect mode. If the actual qualification rate deviates significantly from the estimate, we'll proactively communicate and find a solution that protects your budget.

Lab Facility

€185/h × pax

Our Vienna lab (1030) includes room, technology, streaming setup, and catering. Available for interviews and user tests. The fee scales with session duration and participant count.

Session Overtime

We apply a fair use policy. If sessions occasionally run over, that's fine. For systematic overtime, we'll discuss options with you.

Rescheduling

Recruited participants can be rescheduled at any time. Cancellation of already-recruited participants is not possible.
